Following extensive consultation between World Triathlon, the Local Organising Committee and Triathlon Canada, World Triathlon regretfully announces the cancellation of the 2024 World Triathlon Championship Series and Mixed Relay Series Montreal events, originally scheduled for 14-15 September.

The event has been a regular fixture of the Championship Series since 2017 and will be sadly missed in 2024. The World Triathlon Para Series Montreal on 29 June is not affected by the cancellation, and will go ahead as planned.

After successfully hosting the Africa Triathlon Championships in 2023, Hurghada, Egypt, will once again welcome some of the continent’s biggest stars for the 2024 edition of the event.
